William Marks graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 1991 after having obtained an undergraduate honours bachelor degree in psychology and criminology.
He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 and has been in private practice ever since. He is one of only a very few licensed trademark agents in the cities of Mississauga and Oakville.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Peel Law Association.
Joseph F. S. Ciraco
Joseph Ciraco graduated from Osgood Hall Law School in 1991 after having obtained a bachelors degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto.
He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 and spent the first four years of his legal career as an assistant crown attorney in the Toronto Crown Attorney’s Office. Since 1996 he has been in private criminal defence practice. Mr. Ciraco is also fluent in the Italian language.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Peel Law Association Ontario.
